* Implemented IPv6-enabled WAN using OpenWRT embedded Linux routers, and the Tinc VPN daemon, creating more uptime.
* Developed USB installer for a customized, internal-use Ubuntu installation, allowing for machines free of optical media.
* Reverse engineered Windows CE based scan-brick computers and developed automated installation and repair scripts, allowing full use of a large investment.

* Helped develop new DNS and network infrastructure to replace the deprecated system in use.
* Wrote several CGI applications including an IPv6/IPv4 ping visualization tool, an ink invoice generator and a hardware maintainance database.

* Traveled to off-site locations to retrofit old hardware and assist in location moving.
* Managed remote installation of ~30 network printers using SSH proxying and firefox to create a more stable work environment.

* Worked in car release and return area, interacting directly with customers, in addition to regular IT duties.
